Hanging Goose Ranch

Hanging Goose Ranch is a complex multi-scope project in rural Boulder County, Colorado — encompassing a 6,000 square foot residential addition and remodel alongside a 6,800 square foot custom barn, all designed in close collaboration with Osmosis Architecture. The scale and variety of work on this project required MC2 to manage multiple concurrent construction programs on a large rural property, coordinating residential finish work, structural additions, and agricultural construction simultaneously.

The residential scope brought updated living spaces, refined finishes, and expanded square footage to an existing home — all executed with the care required to blend new construction seamlessly with the existing structure. The barn, at 6,800 square feet, is a significant structure in its own right, designed to serve the property's functional needs while complementing the architectural character of the main residence.

Projects like Hanging Goose Ranch demonstrate MC2's depth as a builder — comfortable managing complexity, working collaboratively with architects, and delivering exceptional results across a wide range of project types on rural Boulder County properties.
